Job summary

Swiss Re Solutions Risk Consulting & Analytics in the Americas seeks a Senior Manager to lead P&C consulting engagements, own client delivery and people management, and grow the consulting value proposition.

The role is highly client-facing, requiring strong communication, senior stakeholder influence, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams of consultants, data scientists, and analytics professionals across the insurance value chain.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of strategy/management consulting experience and lead client engagements.
• Experience leading complex consulting engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of the primary insurance market for Property & Casualty.
• Ability to synthesize data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to interact with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management consulting engagements for P&C clients.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams including consultants and analytics professionals.
• Oversee discovery, scoping, analysis, and communication of results to clients.
• Define and evolve the P&C consulting proposition and value offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales on client research, opportunities, and origination of engagements.
• Develop capabilities and data assets aligned with client needs.
