Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management consulting engagements for P&C insurance clients
• Build and lead multi-disciplinary, cross-functional project teams including consultants, subject-matter experts, data scientists and analytics professionals
• Oversee discovery, scoping, project management, analysis, and synthesize results for client presentations
• Act as domain expert and primary contact for Property & Casualty consulting
• Define and evolve the overall P&C consulting proposition
• Partner with Sales on client research, opportunity development and origination
• Collaborate across Swiss Re to develop capabilities and data assets for clients
