Job summary

Swiss Re Solutions Risk Consulting & Analytics (RCA) in the Americas is expanding and seeks a Senior Manager to deliver client consulting services across the insurance value chain. You will lead strategy engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and drive client outcomes with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years consulting background with strong strategy/management consulting and leading client engagements.
• Experience leading complex engagements and managing cross-functional teams.
• Expert knowledge of the primary P&C insurance market.
• Ability to synthesize information into executive narratives.
• Experience interacting with senior management and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management consulting engagements for P&C insurance clients.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams including consultants and analytics professionals.
• Oversee discovery, scoping, project management, analysis, and synthesize results.
• Act as domain expert and primary contact for P&C consulting.
• Define and evolve the overall P&C consulting proposition.
• Partner with Sales on client research and opportunity development.
• Collaborate with Swiss Re to develop new capabilities and data assets.
