Job summary

Evolve Vacation Rental is seeking a Dedicated Advisor to build strategic relationships with property owners and drive long-term portfolio performance. You will serve as a trusted partner, understanding each owner's goals and delivering tailored strategies for growth and retention.

Responsibilities include managing ~200 listings, delivering performance insights, and advising on opportunities to upsell services while aligning with market trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in a high-touch or strategic environment.
• Background in travel or hospitality (preferred).
• Strong listening, communication, and data-driven mindset.
• Able to navigate a fast-changing environment and build trust with owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a high-value book of ~200 Evolve listings.
• Build strategic owner relationships to reduce churn and grow partnership value.
• Deliver data-driven insights on property and portfolio performance.
• Provide guidance and growth recommendations to owners.
• Identify opportunities to improve owner performance and experience.
• Cross-sell Evolve services to maximize portfolio value.
