Snelling Staffing is looking for an Outside Sales / Business Development Manager to grow our staffing business. You’ll build new client relationships, identify hiring opportunities, and deliver staffing solutions that keep client workforces running.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in staffing.
• Ability to open new accounts and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Experience running a sales pipeline in a CRM and logging activity.

Responsibilities

• Find and pursue new business for staffing services.
• Connect with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business owners via outreach, referrals, and meetings.
• Learn each client’s staffing needs, priorities, and workforce challenges.
• Create staffing solutions that fit each client and negotiate rates within guidelines.
• Work with recruiters on job requirements, client expectations, and start dates.
• Maintain client relationships to win repeat business and grow services within accounts.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline, log activity in the CRM, and hit revenue goals.
• Stay informed on market trends and hiring demand.
