Addison Group is seeking a driven Business Developer to expand a landscaping-focused client base in the Denver metro area. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build trust with decision-makers, and craft tailored proposals to win contracts.

The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 with uncapped commissions, a full benefits package, and the autonomy to grow within a national commercial services firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Track record of surpassing $1M+ annual sales quotas.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through consultative selling.
• Manage full sales cycle — prospecting, presentations, visits, proposals, negotiations, close.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, in-person sales, and virtual demos.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Accurately forecast sales, manage pipeline, and track KPIs in CRM.
• Identify client needs and develop customized service proposals.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to respond to bids and meet targets.
• Hit daily activity benchmarks and consistently close business.
• Cultivate existing client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
