Job summary

Retif Oil & Fuel, L.L.C. in Louisiana is seeking an inside sales professional to support house accounts and outside rep accounts. You will generate new business, manage a growing pipeline, and provide superior customer service.

Candidates should have 2+ years of inside sales in petroleum or industrial sectors, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree or military service; 2+ years inside sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years of petroleum, chemical, or other industrial sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years of cold-calling sales with a track record of success.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn contact management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to all assigned house accounts, outside sales rep accounts, and other accounts as assigned.
• Self-generating prospect list and making 20+ cold calls daily to prospective customers.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through company CRM, in addition to documenting daily activity with customers and prospects.
• Commitment to the highest level of customer service that ensures the best possible customer experience.
• The ability to learn and evolve quickly.
