Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic outreach, marketing, or workforce development.
• Experience developing professional marketing/outreach materials.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive briefing skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe CS and AI content tools.
• Excellent public speaking and written communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to engage senior Government, academic, industry stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCRC-U at government, university, industry, and workforce events.
• Develop relationships with universities, career centers, and partners.
• Support outreach to identify cybersecurity students and early-career pros.
• Create professional presentations, executive briefings, and marketing materials.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to craft presentations, content, and graphics.
• Translate technical cybersecurity topics for broad audiences.
• Promote NCRC-U internships, fellowships, and competitions.
• Coordinate with subject-matter experts, universities, and industry speakers.
• Maintain consistent NCRC-U branding and messaging externally.
