The Strategic Outreach Lead serves as a key representative for the National Cyber Range Complex-University (NCRC-U), supporting engagement with Government leadership, the NCRC Enterprise, universities, industry partners, and the cybersecurity workforce-development community. This position is responsible for expanding NCRC-U's national presence, developing strategic partnerships, attracting high-quality cybersecurity talent, and communicating NCRC-U programs and capabilities to executive, academic, technical, and student audiences. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with experience in strategic outreach, marketing, presentations, stakeholder engagement, and developing professional communications and marketing materials. A working understanding of cybersecurity and technical environments is preferred; however, this is not an engineering position.
