Job summary

University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School is seeking an Associate Director of Outreach for the Master in Law program. The role leads outreach, marketing, and admissions strategy to drive lead generation, engagement, and enrollment across regional, national, and international audiences.

You will build data-driven strategies, analyze engagement trends, and collaborate across departments to expand program visibility and growth in a competitive legal education market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in higher education admissions or marketing.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 3–5 years in higher education.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse constituencies.
• Experience with CRM systems, digital analytics platforms, and enrollment data tools preferred.
• Ability to design, plan, and implement marketing and outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the ML Program’s full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness to enrollment.
• Creates multi-channel campaigns with focus on lead generation and conversion.
• Manages paid digital marketing and performance tracking across platforms.
• Leads marketing analytics and reporting to improve ROAS and engagement.
• Oversees CRM integrations and marketing automation to enhance lead capture.
• Maintains program website content, SEO, and landing pages for lead generation.
