Job summary

Penn State Dickinson Law is seeking an Associate Director of Student Affairs at the Carlisle campus to lead student-centered programs and events. The role collaborates with Carlisle and University Park teams to enrich the law school experience, support student services, and promote wellness and belonging.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in student affairs, student services, or admissions.
• Experience with presentations, student support, and event support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex events.

Responsibilities

• Lead event programming for Student Affairs, including wellness and club programming.
• Manage event contracts, budgets, invoicing, and forecasting with Finance.
• Coordinate NSO, Commencement, and Awards events across Carlisle and University Park.
• Support RSOs and SBA and train student leaders for inclusive programming.
• Provide guidance on accommodations and student services, including counseling referrals.
• Develop and assess surveys for Student Affairs programs and report findings.
