Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Leadership experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and execution of program schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other functional areas.
• Support efforts to establish and ensure all actions are in place to support our customer commitments; coordinate and drive accountability across business teams.
• Reduce our Repair Turn Around Time and improve overall performance.
