Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing and leading organizational effectiveness strategies in complex change scenarios.
• 3+ years of experience in a consulting role (management consulting preferred).
• Proven delivery excellence with measurable results and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders and implement solutions for large-scale organizational transformation.
• Assess culture, structure and change readiness to identify improvements.
• Partner with senior leaders to align organizational strategy.
• Develop and implement organizational effectiveness strategies and change plans.
• Advise on organizational design to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Design and facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions.
• Drive expansion of client accounts and foster networks.
