As aPrincipal Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced environment to help clients assess their current organizational structure, culture, and provide strategies and solutions to drive positive change, achieve business outcomes, and enhance overall effectiveness. You will collaborate with and coach senior leaders through major transformative projects and your expertise in organizational effectiveness and change leadership will be critical in helping clients build high‑performing, resilient organizations that consistently achieve their goals.

  • Consult with business leaders and implement solutions to support large‑scale organizational transformation which may include reorganizations, operating model shifts, M&A integration, technology implementation, and other significant change, culture, and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ culture, organizational structure and change readiness to identify areas for improvement and increased effectiveness.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to understand their goals and objectives and align organizational strategy accordingly.
  • Develop and implement customized organizational effectiveness strategies, change management plans, and enablement initiatives to increase team and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on organizational design, including optimizing structures, roles, and responsibilities to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions to support transformation and engagement initiatives.
  • Implement strategies that result in systemic cultural shifts and increased leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross‑functional client teams to ensure successful adoption and sustainable future state of all solutions.
  • Accountable for driving and facilitating the expansion of client accounts.
  • Proficient at recognizing and diagnosing client problems.
  • Proactively cultivate and expand your professional network.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience developing and leading organizational effectiveness strategies in two or more types of complex change scenarios: large‑scale process/technology projects, transformational initiatives, M&A integrations, organizational strategy, culture change, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting role (management consulting experience strongly preferred)
  • Team Leadership: has led and coached cross‑functional teams to implement organization effectiveness strategies
  • Delivery Excellence: demonstrates a focus on results with a proven track record of delivery and clearly articulated examples of successful implementations, including metrics
  • Business Development: contributes to business development activities by assessing the needs of clients and designing innovative solutions to meet those needs
  • Relationship Management: has a proven track record of developing and fostering trusted relationships with business leaders and cross‑functional teams
  • Decision Making: possesses an ability to exercise discretion and independent decision‑making when responding to unique situations; able to navigate ambiguity comfortably
  • Strategic Thinking: thrives in the strategic work of synthesizing complex information and drawing out key themes, trends, and risks without compromising delivery
  • Communication: possesses exceptional verbal and written communications skills, the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, and facilitate discussions
  • Network Expansion: Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement
  • Track record of successfully fostering client account growth and development
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite

Compensation for this role is a base salary of $123,000-212,000. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions.
