Job summary

EPAM Systems in Minnesota seeks a Principal Business Consultant to lead strategic engagements, driving enterprise transformation programs and aligning client strategy with proposed workstreams. You will orchestrate client and EPAM teams to ensure success and contribute to growth by supporting delivery teams to realize value.

You will partner with EPAM's Practices to engage clients, shape offerings, and expand accounts.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in consulting environments; blend of consulting and industry acceptable.
• Recent experience leading digital and transformative programs and cross-disciplinary problem solving.
• 10+ years delivering technology-driven transformations and program management.
• Proven ability to lead independently at client sites and grow accounts across multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements and drive billable client work and solution optimization.
• Lead business development and demand generation activities.
• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Develop and evolve transformation methods, tools, and approaches.
• Help define EPAM's go-to-market value propositions for solutions.
• Support sales and pre-sales by designing solutions, proposals, and stakeholder relationships.
