Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Analytics, or related fields. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, consulting, communications, organizational effectiveness, change management, talent or learning programs, or a comparable analytical and stakeholder-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience producing high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for senior leaders or complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, workshops, or initiatives with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Oil and gas or other complex operational industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Project management, change management, facilitation, or related certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Convert ambiguous business needs into well-managed workplans, clear communications, practical tools, and executive-ready materials.
• Manage multiple initiatives from planning through implementation: define scope, milestones, owners, risks, decisions, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and move work forward.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, meeting agendas, decision documents, job aids, and written communications for executives and employees.
• Coordinate and support working sessions, leadership reviews, learning events, talent discussions, and change-related engagements; capture decisions and actions.
• Manage external vendors and partners, including defining requirements, evaluating proposals, coordinating design/delivery, ensuring alignment with budgets and processes.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information; identify patterns and develop concise recommendations.
• Build and maintain project plans, status reporting, dashboards, templates, and other tools to improve visibility and execution.
• Develop adoption plans for new programs/processes; monitor feedback and effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Apply sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
