Job summary

BETA Systems International seeks an Assessment & Organizational Development Analyst to support leadership and organizational development initiatives. You will collect and analyze assessment data, support interviews and surveys, and help develop customized assessments for client needs.

Hybrid work in Richmond, VA, with contract-based engagement and potential for ongoing assignments upon contract award. Strong analytic skills and experience with organizational development disciplines are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience collecting and analyzing data.
• Ability to analyze information and develop meaningful insights.
• Certification, degree, formal training, or demonstrated proficiency in one or more applicable organizational development disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership, team, enterprise, and individual effectiveness assessments.
• Collect and analyze assessment data.
• Support interviews, observational meetings, and surveys.
• Assist in developing customized assessments based on client needs.
• Analyze assessment results and identify meaningful findings.
• Prepare reports and analyses for HR and organizational stakeholders.
• Support organizational development engagements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Assist consultants, coaches, and facilitators with project-related analysis and materials.

Required Qualifications
