Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in project management, change management, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Portfolio Owner and Product Manager to understand objectives and key results and align with stakeholders.
• Lead readiness activities across cross-functional teams to prepare for milestones and ensure adoption.
• Coordinate and document readiness plans, focusing on impact analysis, adoption, and execution.
• Align organizational readiness activities with Portfolio roadmaps and mitigate cross-functional issues.
• Identify resourcing needs and facilitate procurement of hardware, software, and human resources.
