Job summary

Lincoln Investment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and direct projects across one or more business units. You will manage resources, schedules, financials, and deliverables while adhering to stage gate quality standards throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will also drive risk management, process improvement, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to guide other PMs and teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
PM certification a plus (PMP/ PMI).
Ten plus years in business/project management or related roles.
Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
Understanding of financial metrics and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct multiple projects across business units to deliver on time and within scope.
Prioritize tasks, assign staff, and manage resource allocation for project success.
Manage budgets, costs, and financial reporting across portfolios.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed.
Communicate with sponsors, stakeholders, and team members; prepare status reports.
Champion process improvements to enhance delivery performance and quality.
Coach and mentor other project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
