Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of increasing experience in pricing, product, reporting, or risk management within financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to carry a project from start to finish across multiple stakeholders.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders with well-supported recommendations.
• Strong understanding of actuarial, mathematical, and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and at least one analytics tool (Python/SQL/Power BI).
• 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Professional designation or progress toward one (e.g., FSA/ASA/CFA).

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams on strategic initiatives from direction through implementation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leaders across Finance, Product, Investments, and Risk.
• Analyze market dynamics, profitability, and risk exposures to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on product performance, pricing, and governance; support rate setting.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to raise quality and efficiency.
