Upgrade, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Development Program Manager to drive organizational effectiveness in our Phoenix office. You will design and manage strategic OD programs, partner with HR and senior leadership, and lead change initiatives that enhance engagement and efficiency.

The role is on-site, full-time, in downtown Phoenix, with a focus on leadership development, talent retention, and integrating OD across talent processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, business administration, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in organizational development or program management roles, preferably in tech.
• Strong communication, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading complex OD programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and execution of organizational development initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps across departments.
• Design and deliver programs on leadership development, engagement, performance, and retention.
• Partner with HR to integrate OD with talent management processes including succession and training.
• Facilitate workshops and team-building to promote learning and collaboration.
• Use data-driven insights to measure impact and adjust programs.
• Act as change agent promoting resilience and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay updated on OD trends and integrate innovative approaches.
