Job summary

Kennicott Grab & Go Floral Programs is seeking an Order Operations Analyst to own sourcing, ordering, and systems for a fast-moving program in Alsip, IL. You will manage vendor communications, organize offers, and drive digital improvements across the order flow.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus the ability to coordinate with managers and keep multiple vendor relationships on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or operations preferred, though not required with equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Experience with an ERP or order management system preferred, ideally in distribution, wholesale, or perishables.
• Exposure to process improvement or systems implementation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with farm and supply vendors supporting the Grab & Go program.
• Offer Pipeline Management: Collect and organize incoming vendor offerings; feed a weekly/seasonal pipeline for managers to select from.
• System & Process Improvement: Understand current order system and propose more digital, efficient workflows.
