Job summary

Magnolia Oil & Gas Corp. seeks a Supply Chain & Contract Analyst to support vendor onboarding, contract lifecycle management, and strategic sourcing. The role coordinates with legal, risk management, and administration to ensure compliance and efficient processes across the vendor base.

The candidate will manage MSAs, pricebooks, and invoices, while performing due diligence on new vendors and providing analytics and reporting in Power BI to support cost and risk decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of upstream oil & gas experience, or relevant experience, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required in SCM, Economics, or Business.
• MSA/vendor management, spend analysis, contract workflow, cost benchmarking, RFx bidding, fleet/lease management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor onboarding and contract management workflow with legal and stakeholders.
• Support pricebooks, invoice compliance, and rate loading into the contract system.
• Manage Magnolia’s vehicle fleet administration and TCO analysis.
• Support materials management in OpenMaterials and ISNet vendor management.
• Create managerial reports and KPIs using systems like ISNet, LinkSquares, OpenInvoice, and Power BI; assist in vendor research and due diligence.
