Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. in Hawthorne, NY is seeking an Order Management Representative for a hybrid role. You will coordinate order management across major trade channels for Generic Rx sales and work with department leadership to ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor order flow, plan shipments, respond to inquiries, and analyze data in SAP to support CS and distribution teams. Strong communication, Excel, and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a non-call center environment.
• Pharmaceuticals experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good time management.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily order flow and inform distribution center of changes in ordering patterns.
• Coordinate efficient shipment of orders, including holidays, launches, backorders, and expedited shipments.
• Respond to inquiries on order status, availability, and inventory with other teams.
• Analyze order flow, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize fulfillment.
• Review and validate daily reports to ensure order accuracy and timely shipments.
• Manage backorders across accounts and expedite fulfillment with CS.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams on order execution.
• Analyze sales data and trends using SAP to support decisions.
• Generate and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
