Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. (USA) is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize inventory, analyze data, and support strategic supply chain decisions. You'll forecast, manage stock, and work with CMOs and internal teams to ensure efficient production and delivery.

The role requires SAP and Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Manufacturing. Travel between NJ and NY sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years in supply chain, inventory management, or pharma supply chain.
• Strong SAP and Excel skills.
• Analytical, organized, and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for CMOs; track production schedules, shipments, and material availability.
• Monitor CMO production progress; identify risks and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Manufacturing to resolve CMO issues.
• Support CMO transition and inventory disposition activities.
• Perform SAP inventory postings (goods receipts/issues, stock transfers).
• Review and validate inventory reports; reconcile discrepancies in SAP and physical counts.
• Analyze inventory levels; optimize turns and reduce slow-moving inventory.
• Monitor replenishment needs to maintain service levels and working capital.
