• Self-motivated and able to work independently while aligning with team priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders throughout the order-to-invoice lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, Account Executives, and internal teams to ensure successful order execution.
• Provide proactive communication on order status, ETAs, delays, and exceptions.
• Create order-related records to support contract administration, renewals, and asset tracking.
• Ensure orders are invoicing-ready and support revenue timing visibility.
• Resolve order-related issues and drive process improvements.
• Deliver a high level of service to clients, partners, and internal teams.
