Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, order management, logistics, transportation, or a process-driven support environment.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously.
• Technically adept at navigating across various software platforms.
• Responsive, accountable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Interest in growth opportunities from within.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and lease transactions from order entry through completion and return.
• Coordinate shipments, lease modifications, returns, customer requests, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with Sales, Logistics, Product Support, and a global network of hubs.
• Work across CRM, ERP, customer portals, and internal communication platforms.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide thorough shift handoffs in a global support environment.
• Own customer issues through resolution while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate primarily via email (≈85%) with phone interaction reserved for urgent situations.
