Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or account coordination experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to navigate multiple systems.
• Available to work flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and carry out various order management tasks, tracking shipments and managing exceptions.
• Resolve issues with service failures and orders not flowing through the automated system.
• Build relationships with customers through professional communication and prompt responses.
• Maintain item-level data in company systems (pack sizes, pricing, commodity descriptions).
• Convey complex information to team members, customers, and suppliers.
• Use reporting to enhance customer experience and drive process improvements.
• Perform to tactical and operational KPI targets.
