Job summary

The role requires strong communication and leadership to supervise staff, manage domestic and international submittals, and drive process improvements in the order entry and submittal departments.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in order entry/submittal.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and interface with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee orders after processing and generate submittal documentation.
• Interpret orders and apply project options; interface with customers and representatives for changes and approvals.
• Coordinate with sales engineering for additional options and with design engineering for accurate drawings.
• Track submittal timeliness and prepare monthly reports; supervise staff.
