Cleaver-Brooks, Inc. in Thomasville, GA seeks an Order Entry & Submittal Manager to oversee orders after processing, generate submittal documentation, and coordinate with customers and engineers.

You will interpret orders, apply project options, liaise with sales and design teams for drawings and changes, and supervise timely submittal production to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree.
• Experience: 5–8 years in Order Entry/Submittal roles.
• Must have knowledge of submittal processes and customer interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders after processing and generate submittal documentation.
• Interpret orders and apply project options.
• Interface with customers and representatives for drawings changes and approvals.
• Interface with sales engineers for additional options not in original order.
• Interface with design engineering for accurate drawings and information.
• Supervise domestic and international submittal generation.
• Track submittal timeliness and document in monthly reports.
