Camfil Jonesboro plant is seeking an experienced Order Management Lead to enter and maintain order documentation, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and drive on-time shipping.

You will manage order status, handle change requests, and communicate lead times to Outside Sales while improving customer satisfaction and process accuracy across the plant environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in Customer Service, Operations, manufacturing or Supply Chain-related experience.
• Demonstrated mastery of Customer Service I and II competencies.
• Strong ERP knowledge; multi-ERP experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with complex order management.
• Strong knowledge of Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong judgment and independent problem solving.
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions without formal authority.
• Excellent customer and executive-level communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between Sales and Operational teams to enter orders into Camfil’s MRP system, confirm all documentation is accurate.
• Daily communication to keep Sales/Operations up-to-date on order status.
• Process customer change requests timely and accurately.
• Attend daily operational meetings to communicate changes in order status and maintain key dates.
• Communicate lead times and urgent requests with Outside Sales.
• Maintain information required to accurately ship orders on time (shipping instructions, tagging, contact info, etc.).
• Update and maintain information in Camfil’s SOS program.
• Coordinate with Shipping to ensure proper invoicing.
