Responsibilities

• Plan and establish sequence of operations to process information, fabricate, and assemble products using Lean techniques.
• Develop detailed improvements and prioritized implementation plans with management.
• Review production schedules, specifications, orders to learn manufacturing methods and activities.
• Estimate production costs and effects of product design changes for management review and control.
• Draft process flows and equipment layouts to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate and implement quality control objectives to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
• Recommend methods to improve utilization of personnel, materials and utilities.
• Develop labor utilization standards and cost-analysis systems to promote efficient operations.

Education
