Job summary

INA Solution seeks an Oracle HCM Functional Lead to drive solution design and business process expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud. You will bridge HR, payroll, IT, and stakeholders to align capabilities with strategic objectives and manage end-to-end implementation efforts.

You will lead requirements gathering, design, configuration oversight, testing, and optimization while mentoring team members and ensuring best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting or implementing Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Leader for Oracle HCM functional workstreams or implementations.
• Strong HR domain knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across HR areas.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and future-state design.
• Develop functional designs, process docs, and configuration specs.
• Coordinate testing, data validation, and production readiness.
• Provide guidance to functional analysts and project teams.
