Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR and related processes.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and delivering functional workstreams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional workstreams across implementations, optimizations, enhancements, and support.
• Design and configure Core HR solutions and related business processes.
• Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports to support decision-making.
• Support data movement and HDL-based data conversion activities.
• Lead UAT, cutover planning, and production readiness.
