Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud Procurement Lead to drive strategy, design, implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement for federal programs. You will serve as the primary functional lead for Procurement, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, supplier management, sourcing, purchasing, contracts, approvals and compliance.
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Experience across full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle: CRPs, testing, defect management, cutover and hypercare.
• Ability to develop functional designs, process flows, test plans and project docs.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into future-state processes and solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Procurement modules: Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics and other teams.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations, security, reporting and extensions.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning and go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
