Job summary

Ora Apps Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Consultant/Lead to support public-sector implementation and transformation initiatives.

The role is remote with occasional onsite travel for milestones and workshops. You will lead or support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement deployments, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, configure P2P modules, and collaborate with Finance and other teams to ensure successful delivery across projects for government

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement operations.
• Prior experience supporting public-sector clients such as state/local government or public universities.
• Experience with functional configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations and rollout initiatives.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and translate needs into Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Procurement modules (Self-Service, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal).
• Support P2P processes, supplier onboarding, requisitions, POs, approvals, and contract management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and other teams for integrations and end-to-end processes.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration documents, test scripts, and implementation documentation.
• Lead or participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work with client stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery.
• Participate in onsite workshops and milestones as required.
