Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Lead to drive strategy, design, implementation, and delivery of Procure-to-Pay solutions for complex federal programs. You will partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable procurement processes and ensure successful go-lives.

You will oversee SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and stakeholder management while aligning with organizational objectives. Valid US citizenship is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P), Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, approvals, compliance, and supplier portals.
• Hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Experience across the full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle (CRPs, testing, defect management, cutover, go-live, hypercare).
• Ability to develop functional designs, process flows, test plans, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into future-state procurement processes and system solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Procurement modules: Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics, and other business teams.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations, security, reporting, and system extensions.
• Oversee testing activities: SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
