Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud Procurement Lead to drive strategy, design, and delivery of Procure-to-Pay solutions across federal programs.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders, lead functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities, ensuring scalable, end-to-end procurement processes while communicating with leadership and managing risks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.

• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and supplier portals.
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Proven expertise across the full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to develop functional designs, process flows, test plans, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement solutions across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into future-state procurement processes and system solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Procurement modules, including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics, and other business teams.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations, security, reporting, and system extensions.
• Oversee testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
