Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead to design, configure, test, and support PPM solutions for government programs. You will partner with stakeholders, project managers, finance teams, and technical staff to deliver scalable project financial management aligned with program objectives.

You will lead workshops, configure modules, create designs and test plans, and work with AP, GL, and external systems to ensure accurate data and regulatory compliance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Understanding of project financial management: budgeting, cost collection, billing, contracts.
• Hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud PPM modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle Financials: GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Time & Labor.
• Experience across full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle: CRPs, testing, go-live, hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and workshops for Oracle Cloud PPM modules.
• Configure PPM components: project types, costing rules, billing methods, contracts.
• Develop specs, process docs, test plans, and future-state flows.
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with AP, Procurement, Time & Labor, GL, and external systems.
• Support data conversion, reconciliation, and validation of project financial data.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, program, and regulatory requirements.
