Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead to design, configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM solutions for U.S. government programs.

This role partners with business stakeholders, project managers, finance teams, and IT resources to deliver scalable project financial management. You will lead requirements workshops, configure modules like Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Controls, develop functional specs and test plans, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Strong knowledge of project financial management processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud PPM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and functional design workshops for Oracle Cloud PPM modules (Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Controls).
• Configure Oracle Fusion PPM components (project types, templates, costing rules, billing methods, contract structures, expenditure types, approvals).
• Develop functional specs, process docs, test plans, and future-state flows.
• Execute system configuration, unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support interfaces with AP, Procurement, Time & Labor, GL, and external systems.
• Support data conversion, reconciliation, and validation of project financial data.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, program, and regulatory requirements.
