The Engagement Manager, Operations Transformation will lead engagements to improve project management, controls, procurement, and field operations, partnering with executives to drive measurable business impact.

Travel is 50–60% and the role is based in Denver, CO. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, business/finance related field.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred in business, construction management, or civil engineering.
