This role requires 50-60% travel and full-time office presence. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) with 5-8 years of consulting experience and strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business/Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree in business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5-8 years of consulting experience.
• Experience in operational improvement, project delivery or business performance initiatives.
• Strong business acumen linking operational performance to financial outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and operational leaders to improve performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with FMI teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assess client performance via data analysis, diagnostics, interviews, and observations.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions to build alignment and accountability.
• Develop and implement transformative solutions for execution discipline and financial results.
• Support clients through implementation and change adoption for sustainable improvements.
• Contribute to FMI thought leadership and present to clients and industry audiences.
