Job summary

FMI Corporation is seeking a seasoned performance consultant to help construction firms optimize performance, profitability, and risk management. The role leads project teams and delivers world-class solutions with lasting impact on large organizations.

The position requires 5–8 years in consulting, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and preference for a Master’s. Travel is 50–60% and based in Tampa, FL. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business/Finance or related field.
• Master’s degree in business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of consulting experience.
• Relevant consulting and/or construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and advise leading firms in the construction industry to optimize outcomes.
• Deliver tailored, industry-leading solutions on construction business matters.
• Assess clients’ performance through analytics and interviews.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to drive change management and performance initiatives.
• Develop and implement transformative performance improvement solutions with clients.
