Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Ops to own priority initiatives across operations. You will analyze opportunities, scope initiatives, and drive end-to-end execution, delivering value.

Ideal in Dallas/Sunnyvale vicinity, with flexibility for a hybrid setup and relocation if needed. You will lead cross-functional programs, present updates to executives, and mentor teams while partnering with manufacturing, finance, and project management to optimize the collectibles

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Strategy, Finance or Biz Ops / Strategy roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar; MBA preferred.
• Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills with excellent written & verbal communication; strong financial acumen.
• Team-first management mindset with ability to lead and grow teams.
• Superior project management skills with a structured approach across complex cross-functional projects.

Aufgaben

• Own multiple high-impact business initiatives and drive cross-functional execution.
• Set goals, drive programs & analytics, present progress updates, and deliver recommendations to executives.
• Work with BizOps, Manufacturing, Project Management, Finance, Pre-Press, and Operations to size and prioritize initiatives on the roadmap.
• Lend cross-functional support by leading and driving analytical, strategic initiatives.
• Provide Exec-Level analysis & recommendations to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
• Engage with end-consumers and channel partners to expand knowledge within the industry.
