Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Relic Coordinator to join our Product Assessment team in Sunnyvale, TX. The role coordinates the full product assessment process with Product Development, Project Management, and Athlete Partnerships to inventory relics and support manufacturing.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication and analytical skills, able to lift 30lbs, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Airtable; 2–3 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Airtable and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Learn assessment process and oracle transaction processes to reserve inventory.
• Accurately update assessment sheet with quantities of requested relics we can fulfill.
• Read, interpret and troubleshoot errors across Product documents including BOMs and EDRs.
• Process inventory returns and update Oracle to reflect on-hand availability.
• Coordinate procurement and track relic status across stages.
• Log hours in Airtable to track required tasks.
• Communicate across teams to lead relic assessment processes.
• Uphold security measures to keep Relics secure.
• Escalate items to senior management as needed.
