Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a mid-level Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to assist the NGA GEOINT Ground program offices at NGA Arnold, MO. The role involves monitoring cost, schedule, performance, and risk, and maintaining the IMS while preparing acquisition documents for formal reviews.

You will independently perform the full range of duties with minimal supervision, and on-site work is required with possible telework under an approved plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3-10 years of relevant experience, compliant with GSA standards.
• Demonstrated experience in program management, specifically monitoring and reporting on cost, schedule, performance, and risk
• Demonstrated experience supporting the acquisition lifecycle, including development of key acquisition documents
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access; #qinetiqclearedjob
• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
• Eligible for OCONUS travel

Responsibilities

• Monitor program cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the program lifecycle, identifying and flagging potential issues.
• Develop, manage, and maintain the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), reporting on progress against baselines.
• Prepare and support development of acquisition documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), market research, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
• Participate in and document key program meetings, such as sprint planning, technical exchange meetings, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Support review and analysis of contractor deliverables to ensure they meet SOW requirements.
