QinetiQ US is seeking a senior Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to provide program management oversight for NGA. You will analyze cross-program activities, manage risk, and translate progress into executive communications for NGA in St. Louis, MO.

The role requires a master's degree with 10+ years of program management experience, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and readiness for CI polygraph and CONUS/OCONUS travel. On-site at NGA St. Louis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 10+ years in program management per GSA standards.
• Experience in cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
• Experience with Major System Acquisitions within the DoW or IC.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
• Willingness to undergo CI polygraph.
• Eligible for OCONUS travel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple program efforts with integrated cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance analysis.
• Translate technical progress into clear reports for customers and senior leadership.
• Lead strategic resource integration plans to meet long-term program objectives.
• Analyze internal and external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts.
• Prepare for senior management reviews with briefing materials and action tracking.
