Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a mid-level Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to support the NGA GEOINT Ground program offices in Arnold, MO. The role involves monitoring cost, schedule, performance, and risk, maintaining the IMS, and preparing acquisition documentation for program reviews.

Responsibilities include supporting PMRs, participating in meetings, and ensuring contractor deliverables meet SOW requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3–10 years of relevant experience, compliant with GSA standards.
• Demonstrated experience in program management, specifically monitoring and reporting on cost, schedule, performance, and risk
• Demonstrated experience supporting the acquisition lifecycle, including development of key acquisition documents
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access; #qinetiqclearedjob
• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
• Eligible for CONUS travel

Responsibilities

• Monitor program cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the program lifecycle, identifying and flagging potential issues.
• Develop, manage, and maintain the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), reporting on progress against baselines.
• Prepare and support development of acquisition documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), market research, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
• Participate in and document key program meetings, such as sprint planning, technical exchange meetings, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Support review and analysis of contractor deliverables to ensure they meet SOW requirements.
