Job summary

Veho is hiring a Leader for Business Operations to act as the company’s internal execution engine. You will own the OKR process end-to-end, lead cross-functional tiger teams, and build scalable operating rhythms that align priorities with company goals.

You will start as a solo operator and grow the function, turning ambiguous priorities into actionable plans, and partnering with leadership to drive durable, high-impact outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience in strategy, ops or BizOps
• Experience driving planning and OKR processes
• Proven ability to diagnose root causes from first principles
• Strong data, analytics, and dashboard-building skills
• Ability to lead tiger teams and drive cross-functional alignment
• Bias toward action and delivering durable solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end OKR process from drafting to quarterly tracking
• Run the planning cadence with short-, mid-, and long-term cycles
• Build operating infrastructure: templates, trackers, dashboards
• Stand up tiger teams to tackle high-priority cross-functional problems
• Diagnose root causes from first principles using on-the-ground data
• Drive durable fixes with clear owners and next steps
• Turn ambiguous priorities into actionable plans that leaders execute
