The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on leader with a proven ability to scale healthcare operations and develop high-performing teams.

• Extensive operations leadership experience, multi-site preferred.
• Proven track record in improving operational performance and financial results.
• Experience leading and developing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong budgeting, labor management, and KPI analysis skills.
• Ability to drive process improvement and scale operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Ophthalmology or optometry experience preferred.
